Sustainalytics is looking for a Machine Learning Solutions Architect to join their Digital Innovation Team in Bucharest.

Requirements


  • Undergraduate education in (either) AI, machine learning, computer science, data analytics, information systems, information science, cybernetics, applied mathematics, computational linguistics;
  • Three years or experience in developing and implementing machine learning solutions in information retrieval/analytics environment;
  • Demonstrable experience of a high level general language programming language (Python, R);
  • Familiar with packages such as scikit-learn and\or TensorFlow;
  • Previous work experience in natural language processing;
  • Familiar with cloud computing (AWS or Azure);
  • Hands on experience with GPU based machine learning constitute an advantage.

Responsibilities


  • Act as the primary expert in machine learning and artificial intelligence;
  • Analyze business processes and propose the right machine learning/artificial intelligence solution in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Sustainalytics’ internal and external digital products;
  • Under the sponsorship of the Head of Digital Innovation, lead projects implementing machine learning/artificial intelligence solutions into existing/developed products and processes;
  • Independently develop and test models;
  • Have full mastery/knowledge of other solutions and products existing in the field of expertise; act as an industry/academic expert.

Projects

The Digital Innovation Team is responsible for researching and developing solutions that can be used to improve existing processes and products or to create new products. The team operates as part of Sustainalytics' Information and Communication Technology Team.

The main goals of the product innovation team are:
  • Development of information retrieval, normalization, and analytics solutions;
  • Incorporation of the existing solutions into the company workflows;
  • Servicing the information mining needs of internal and external clients.
